What’s New in 2023
Bee Hives and love heart frames. We started the year with limited bee stocks, due to the restrictions and need to maintain healthy hives. We have been breeding our own queens and have many healthy hives/nucleus for sale in spring/summer.
Heritage Turkeys. A group of Bourbon Red Tom and his 3 hens will be sold as a team, plus individual Bourbon Red and Bronzewing Hens are available.
Alpacas in a variety of colours. Fleeces are regrowing after shearing, the alpacas have all had their toenails clipped, vitamin injections and general health checks. We have registered breeding males and females available, for you to grow your herd, and available for guard animals and pets. Will only sell our alpacas in pairs, unless you already have a herd for them to join.

Wagyu French Island
Our small herd of Wagyu is growing. Assisting us to produce Wagyu with premium and elite genetics are several foundation sires. These cheeky cattle are a joy to work with.

Lara Alpaca French Island
2019 shearing results have come in! We are delighted to show some excellent progress in our statistics for fine fleece. We provide full statistics for all animals sold.

Lara Limousin Stud.
Our stud bull was placed in the Limousin Association’s On Farm Challenge 2108 with the judge saying he was so proud and walked very well.
Limousin for sale – Several bulls and calf on offer, including 100% pure and our stud covering bull. Some good cows and heifers will be coming on line soon. Contact us with your herd needs.
